Ok guys first let me tell you that this is an HCG injection and not a steroid injection but the process is very similar and this video gives a nice clean shot of the application.
The injection target here is central but, with the steroid injection, you need to be behind the arm,
as in the diagram below.

We recommend that you inject further back in the arm in the tricep muscle.
Aim behind where you think your bone is located .So find the fleshy
area at the back of the arm

With the steroid needle you do not probe for sensitivity.
You will find that a bold fast downward angle jab to the hilt produces no sensation.
So try it that way.
You probably will not feel anything owing to the fine needle gauge.

If you like the look of this injection then buy an insulin needle and use that. Basically just draw from the steroid needle and squirt the solution into the barrel of the insulin needle. You can inject 1ml in various places in the upper arm .Dan Duchaine often used to inject in this way.

3. Draw back syringe barrel	4. Inject into muscle
