You want to be starting around 4 shots a week to begin with. That is two full 2ml syringes a week.
This is the minimum for body growth.
You could find that this works well for you over your 4 or 10 week cycle.
If you feel you are on a sticking point then move up by two ml per week so that you would be on 6ml instead of your regular 4ml per week.
Take the 6ml for a couple of months and see how that works for you.
If you increase by a syringe full each time you decide to move up this will give you a regime easy to follow and manage.
